Our history:
Why we created Platano Games

Hi, I'm Yavé, and I've been working with Unreal Engine on projects for more than 10 years.

During all that time, I have seen how the Spanish-speaking market has been completely neglected in terms of quality technical training.

If you want to learn Unreal seriously, you have two ways:

  • Paying a fortune -in English or even in Spanish- in masters or academies that promise you a job...
  • Or spend years jumping between free tutorials, messy materials and courses that don't prepare you for anything real.

And when you finally get to an opportunity, you're full of doubts, searching for YouTube videos about things you should already know.

This should not be the case.

That is why Platano Games was born.

A platform made from scratch to accompany those who want to learn Unreal Engine in Spanish, in a modular, accessible and realistic way.

We have been building this project for more than a year, with structured courses, reusable frameworks and a community that grows every week.

We don't do it out of fashion. We do it out of necessity. Because it's about time.

And although we often criticize superficial training, I also want to say something very important: I am also a fruit of that community.

To everyone who ever shared a tutorial, a blueprint, an idea... thank you. Because without that, I wouldn't be here today.

Now we want to bring it back, but with structure, with purpose, and without barriers.

If you have also felt that learning Unreal Engine in Spanish is a lonely road... this project is also for you.

Welcome to Platano Games.

Important Announcement !

I have reached an agreement with 🍌 Colonel Plátanus 🍌.

After a series of unnecessarily long meetings, unread printed documents and coffees that no one asked for, Colonel Plátanus has decided to sign a symbolic agreement with developer Yavé Ramos Molina.

"I keep order. He does all the work." - Colonel Plátanus

The pact establishes that while Yahweh designs systems, records, edits, documents and develops the web, the Colonel reserves the right to give his opinion from a position of command... without moving a single file.
Peace has been signed.
The structure is in place.
And you're in.
