• Once you complete the payment of your subscription (either monthly or yearly), your account will be automatically updated.

• Access to the content included in your plan will be immediate and visible when re-entering or refreshing the page.

🔁 Automatic renewal

• All payment plans work as follows recurring subscriptions:

  • Monthly: renewed every 30 days.

  • Annual: every 365 days.

• Renewal is done automatically with the same payment method, unless you cancel it from your profile.

⚙️ Simple cancellation

• You can cancel your subscription at any time from your user profile → Subscriptions.

• When canceling, you will continue to have access until the end of the period you have already paid for..

• At the end of this period, your account will revert to the free plan and you will lose access to paid content.

🔄 Change plan

• You can change plan (e.g. from PRO monthly to PRO yearly or to MASTER) from your profile.

• In that case, the system will adjust the installment automatically or will indicate if you need to complete the payment of the new plan.

• If the change is immediate, you will be granted access to the new content at the same time.

⛔ What happens if the payment fails?

• If your payment method does not work (insufficient funds or expired card), the system will will automatically try to charge again for a few days.

• If not resolved, the subscription will be automatically cancelled and your access will be suspended until you regularize the payment or activate a new plan.
